The Hindu Temple, Canton hosts a spectacular India Day Fun Fest

The Hindu Temple of Canton held its first Annual India Day Fun Fest on August 13th. Despite the rains, the community and the canton neighbourhood joined hands to celebrate India in its diversity. Colors, Flavors, the Sights and the Sounds made this an event to remember. 

Thousands thronged the venue and amidst several vendors and several dancers and singers and performers, the community saluted India and the culture and heritage that went with it. Over 200 performers entertained the audience throughout the event. The vendors were very happily displaying their products and the temple came alive with so many young and old volunteers.
