Congratulations to Michigan Indian community members Padma Kuppa, Shri Thanedar, Ranjeev Puri and Tania Ganguly for their wins in the recently concluded elections.

State Representative Padma Kuppa representing District 41 (Troy and Clawson) was re-elected for another 2 year term in the State House of Representatives.  Padma’s passion and hard work has been recognized by the residents of Troy and Clawson. Congratulations Padma!

Shri Thanedar has won the race for State Representative District 3 (Detroit). Shri made a mark in politics in 2018 when he ran for the Governor’s job (State of Michigan).  Congratulation Shri!

Ranjeev Puri has won the race for State Representative District 27 (Canton Twp, Belleville, Van Buren Twp).  Ranjeev engaged with the community extensively to ensure success.  Congratulations Ranjeev!

Tania Ganguly was elected as a Trustee for Canton Township. Tania is well known in the Indian community. With a large Indian population in Canton, Tania’s representation is wonderful. Congratulations Tania!
